This notice explains how Strategic Reputations LLC handles personal information in connection with Pilot Campus, its website, training accounts and support.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. When you enroll or use the training platform, the information involved may include your name, account email, purchase records, support requests and learning activity, such as course progress or completed assignments, where those features are enabled.
How information is used
Information is used to provide purchased access, administer accounts, respond to questions, troubleshoot problems, maintain purchase records and help protect the service from misuse. Any use for a separate purpose should be disclosed when the information is collected.
Payments and service providers
Payments are handled through the checkout provider, including PayPal where offered. The payment provider processes payment and financing information under its own privacy notice. Website hosting, training platform and support providers may process information necessary to operate those services.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect accounts or respond to a legal request.
Technical information and cookies
Hosting and training services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs. Account services may use cookies or similar storage for sign-in and essential functionality. The income slider on the public homepage calculates in your browser and does not itself send your selections to Pilot Campus.
Third-party images and other remotely hosted resources can cause your browser to connect to their providers. Those providers may receive standard connection information, including your IP address. Browser settings let you manage cookies, although blocking essential cookies may affect account access.
Retention and security
Information is retained as needed to provide access, support users, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. No internet service can guarantee complete security; avoid sending passwords or sensitive payment details by email.
Your questions and requests
To ask what information we hold about you or request a correction or deletion, email info@pilotcampus.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes, and deleting account information may affect training access.
Children
Pilot Campus is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
External websites and updates
Links to BuiltBusinesses, Aerial Intelligence Company and other services lead to websites with their own privacy notices. We may update this notice as services change and will revise the effective date shown above.
