Terms of Use & Purchase

These terms apply to the Pilot Campus website and digital training platform operated by Strategic Reputations LLC (“Pilot Campus,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing or using the training, you agree to these terms.
Digital training and purchase
Pilot Campus is an educational platform covering drone knowledge, flight skills, simulated assignments and commercial workflows. The standalone program is advertised as a $997 one-time purchase with lifetime access. The purchase price and included content are shown at checkout. Separate business packages, equipment, FAA testing fees, insurance and third-party software are not included unless expressly stated in the offer.
Immediate access applies to the digital content available at purchase. Any planned or forthcoming features must be identified in the offer before purchase; a description of future content is not a statement that it is already available.
Digital Purchase & Refund Policy
Pilot Campus provides immediate access to digital training upon purchase. Once access is provided, purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Please review the program details before enrolling. For access problems or duplicate billing, contact info@pilotcampus.com so we can resolve the issue.
Account and permitted use
Use accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Access is for the purchasing student’s personal learning. Do not share accounts, resell access, redistribute course materials, or copy them into another training product without written permission. Report suspected unauthorized use to our contact email.
Training, simulation and FAA certification
Training and simulator completion do not issue an FAA certificate or authorize a flight. You remain responsible for meeting applicable certification requirements, checking airspace and flight restrictions, obtaining necessary permissions and operating safely. Simulated assignments are educational exercises, not paid job offers.
Revenue examples and results
Pricing examples, earnings potential and calculator outputs are planning scenarios, not promises of demand or results. Calculator figures show gross revenue before expenses and taxes, using the stated project mix and workload assumptions. Training does not guarantee FAA certification, employment, customers, income or a particular completion timeline.
Content and service availability
Course material may be updated as tools, techniques and requirements change. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons. If you have trouble accessing purchased training, contact us for assistance.
Third-party services
Checkout, financing and third-party software are subject to their providers’ terms. Payment plans do not change our refund policy. Pay Later eligibility is determined by the payment provider. Aerial Intelligence Company is a separate offering with its own purchase terms.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The refund policy does not remove protections that apply under law or an applicable payment provider’s dispute process.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will identify the effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. Questions can be sent to info@pilotcampus.com.
